New Players
New Players Please must provide a copy of a birth certificate and three (3) different forms of address that prove you live in our charter boundary. See checklist at right for
examples.
Age Eligibility:
Girls Ages 5-16. Girls must have turned 5 prior to January 1, 2012.
Boys Ages 5-12. Boys must turn 5 prior to May 1, 2012.

Player Registration Charges:
$55 Per Player / $100 Per Family

Returning Players from 2011
There is no need to fill out a registration form in advance. We will have a
Pre-Filled out registration form for you at sign ups. Please bring a proof of current address if you have changed your address from
last year. This includes a utility bill, tax bill, registration etc.
Would You Like to Coach in 2012?
A Volunteer Application must be completed if you would like to be considered for
a coaching position for the 2012 season.
